Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at C4 Insurance Services, LLC in Madison, WI. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers with insurance inquiries, processing policy changes, handling claims, and resolving customer issues.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ideal candidate would already be insurance licensed
