We are looking for Customer Service Representatives available to start in August for our client headquartered just outside of Madison, WI. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a part of a friendly, supportive, team that shows their appreciation through various employee perks.

Highlights:
- Temporary with the opportunity for permanent hire
- Pay Rate: $18/hr

- Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (100% onsite)

Responsibilities:
- Achieve and maintain department standards
- Troubleshoot problems with customers via phone and resolve efficiently using diagnostic procedures within department work practices
- Ensure accurate documentation of all call data in the CRM system
- Promote a positive team atmosphere
- Special projects as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
