Territory Clinical Assistant

- Fit and instruct patients on how to use the Dynasplint Systems and maintain effective communication and follow up throughout the course of the patient using our product.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors, and therapists
- This is primarily a hands-on clinical and patient care role, so while marketing and sales experience is a plus, it is not a requirement.
- Comfortability working in patient homes, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), assisted living facilities and with staff
- Ability to manage and maintain inventory of products
- Ability to operate a laptop, computer, cell phone, email, Google
- We are the #1 team in the country so standards are very high and we need a fast-paced, motivated, creative, tech savvy and caring person since we will be assisting trauma, pediatric, geriatric, neurological, and orthopedic populations.
- The job requires a lot of driving so the candidate will need a fuel-efficient and reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and car insurance
- Ideal candidate would be a team player that has administrative skills as well as some hands on field experience in the medical field.
- The candidate will need to be fluent in English and Spanish.
- The role is based in LA County but they may need to drive to Riverside County, Orange County, Ventura County and possibly even further north or south on occasion.
- The candidate will have a flexible nature, with the ability to pivot and shift gears quickly and effectively. The workload changes daily but the role is primarily focused on patient fittings and follow-up care with the possibility of some marketing (i.e. assist with in-services, chat with doctor's and therapists). Schedules can change at the drop of a hat.
- We work with the top doctors in the world so there are times we receive an urgent order that needs tended to immediately and communication skills need to be very refined when speaking and instructing patients on use of product.
- The salary for the position is listed at $60,000 per year, with a $700 monthly car allowance and opportunity for bonuses.
- Hours can be flexible, for example: 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, or 9am-6pm however, since this is a salaried position, there will be need for communication before and after hours and the rep will need be tentative to their phone for patient communication and change in team schedules and inventory pick up at the office possibly before and after hours and throughout the day as needed. Our meeting point for inventory pick up is in Woodland Hills.
- We are looking for a rep to make a long-term commitment as this position requires lots of clinical and administrative training to get up to speed.
