Responsibilities

 

In this position you will have responsibilities for greeting and welcoming people to the office, answering the telephone, screening calls, gathering information, and transferring to other team members, supporting our Schedulers with monitoring clock ins and outs by caregivers, providing documentation in software, organizing, filing paperwork, preparing and sending employee birthday cards and sympathy cards, checking supplies and inventory, creating shopping lists and lots of smiling.

 

Qualifications

 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have proven verbal and written communications skills. 
  • Must have a friendly and pleasant phone voice and excel in Customer Service. 
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions. 
  • Must be proficient at Microsoft Windows, Outlook and Word. 
  • Must be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision. 
  • Must be able to multitask. 
  • Willing to be flexible and adaptable. 
  • Must be detail oriented. 
  • Experience with WellSky scheduling software is a plus. 
  • A background in caregiving or as a CNA is also valuable but to necessary..
