We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity with the possibility of transitioning
to full-time. This position is an in-office position located in Buena Park.

The Opportunity:
As our Administrative Assistant, you would be working with two established companies, Reliable Equipment Rental, Inc.
(est. 1963) as well as with our sister company Reliable Screening, Inc. (est. 1992). You will help us with customer
relations, organizing job details, and office organization, among other tasks. Your ability to effectively communicate and
connect with customers and employees at all levels along with your passion and enthusiasm for organization and
efficiency will be crucial to your success

The Accountabilities:
• Office administration: notetaking, managing files, photocopying, answering the telephone, composing and
sending emails, preparing bids, organizing job details, assist in managing office supplies and purchasing,
maintaining communal spaces in a professional manner
• Customer service: greeting visitors, accepting deliveries, outbound calls to customers and vendors
• Project support: assist all office staff as directed, multi-task and prioritize workload independently

The Qualifiers:
• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: 2 years Preferred
• Expertise:
o Effective written and verbal communication skills
o Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
o Ability to maintain accurate records
o Practice in performing administrative tasks
o Familiarity with basic computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe)

Bonus Knowledge:
• Understanding of construction industry
• Experience using QuickBooks software
