Job Title: Human Resources Generalist


Job Type: Full-time


Location: Charlotte, NC


We seek a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and be able to provide support in all areas of HR.


Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates

- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

- Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding activities

- Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions

- Coordinate employee training and development programs

- Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field

- 3+ years of experience in HR operations

- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Paylocity)
