Position Responsibilities:
The Lube Technician will ensure vehicle maintenance quality by preparing detailed service reports, replacing wiper blades and batteries, changing motor oil, rotating tires, and managing transmission and brake fluid as necessary. Additionally, you will clean vehicle interiors while performing maintenance tasks.
This entry-level role serves as a stepping stone to becoming a full automotive line technician. We provide all necessary training, tools, and uniforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute maintenance and repair orders efficiently, adhering to dealership standards.
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including oil changes and tire rotations.
- Provide estimates for additional repair work.
- Communicate mechanical diagnoses and required repairs clearly to service advisors and customers.
- Stay updated with new technical information and techniques through training.
- Inspect vehicles and document findings for necessary repairs.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a valid in-state driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Preferred: At least 1 year of lube maintenance experience, but training is available for the right candidate.
