Job Description: We are looking for an experienced barista/front counter associate to join our dynamic team at Ultra Coffeebar. In this role, you'll be the face of our shop, greeting customers with a smile, expertly crafting coffee beverages, and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, cold brew, and nitro.
  • Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup.
  • Take customer orders at the counter, manage transactions, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep the counter and dining areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive, upbeat atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of barista experience, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, with a passion for coffee and food.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
