Job Summary

PrideStaff-Asheville is seeking a skilled Front Desk Attendant to join our team. As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean and well-maintained
  • Complete daily checklists and respond promptly to phone calls
  • Interact positively with clients and resolve issues to maintain high client satisfaction
  • Greet clients with a friendly and sincere welcome
  • Respond to client requests and provide accurate information
  • Field client complaints and research to find effective solutions
  • Review pass-on log and security log for issues that need action
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings with enthusiasm and commitment to success
  • Maintain a safe working environment through ongoing compliance of safety guidelines
  • Treat clients, guests, associates, vendors, and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times
  • Ensure understanding and execution of emergency procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years work experience in a hospitality industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong computer skills
