Responsibilities:
? Payroll Processing - Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, including timekeeping, wage calculation, verification, and timely distribution of payments.
? Benefits Administration - Administer employee benefits programs, handling enrollment, changes, and communication. This includes health insurance, 401k, and other company benefit programs.
? Compliance Management - Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, maintaining accurate records for regulatory compliance.
? HR Support and Onboarding - Provide assistance to employees on HR-related matters, facilitate new hire onboarding processes including background checks and collecting I-9 information, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
? Data Management and Reporting - Maintain HRIS systems, generate payroll reports, and analyze data for accuracy and insights. This includes tracking and documenting hires, terminations, salary changes, severances, and bonus payments.
? Accounts Payable Management - Assist in managing accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to vendors.
? Recruiting - Support the staffing process, including recruiting, screening and hiring

Qualifications:
? Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll administration
? Proficiency with ADP WFN payroll software required
? Experience with remote employees in multiple states
? Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
? Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
