We seek a seasoned Commercial Construction Project Manager who will be pivotal in shaping a collaborative and supportive work environment. You will unite our team and subcontractors to ensure seamless adherence to processes and procedures, developing a positive and adaptable culture that enhances morale, builds trust, and drives effective teamwork.

Your extensive expertise in document management will be crucial in maintaining accurate, organized, and accessible records, supporting the overall efficiency of project operations. You will champion professional growth within the team by promoting continuous learning and enhancing skill sets, ensuring a robust foundation of knowledge.

You will take full ownership of project management from acquisition through completion, overseeing all administrative aspects with precision and commitment. Your responsibility will include managing project details meticulously and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget while maximizing efficiency and resourcefulness.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind successful project execution, delivering outstanding results through effective leadership, strategic planning, and an unwavering dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities: (but not limited to)

· Lead project teams with precision and confidence.

· Accurately observe, absorb, and integrate processes to estimate projects of various scopes and sizes.

· Ensure project timelines and budgets are met or exceeded.

· Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong client relationships.

· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

· Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules.

· Mentor project teams to enhance collaboration and productivity.

· Oversee project scope, resources, and quality control.

· Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

· Provide strategic guidance to achieve project goals and profitability.

· Facilitate RFPs and RFIs.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

· Five years as a Commercial Construction Project Manager with expertise in estimating small to large-scale projects.

· Strong skills in project breakdowns for complex bids and seamlessly handling Time and Material estimating in real time as needed.

· Experience in commercial and residential construction and a background in facilities maintenance and property management, including tenant improvements, is highly valued.

· Extensive experience in Commercial Construction is required; Residential experience is a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Project & Scheduling, AIA Construction Documents, G702 & G703 Pay Applications, BlueBeam, and SketchUp software.

· Possess a thorough understanding of reading and interpreting specifications and drawings, along with a solid grasp of construction means and methods.

· Proficient in reviewing architectural plans.

· Experience with buyouts of subcontractor contracts.

· OSHA Certification a Plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Must be very proficient in Procore.

· Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
