Key Responsibilities:

  • General contract and subcontract administration
  • Monitoring job site safety and accident prevention
  • Construction scheduling and procurement of materials and equipment
  • Processing RFIs and managing shop drawing reviews
  • Conducting project cost reviews and maintaining accurate records
  • Participating in project coordination meetings and supervising subcontractor installations
  • Preparing and negotiating change proposals
  • Ensuring quality control and facilitating project closeout

Requirements:

  • A four-year degree in Building Construction, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant construction management experience
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with public works projects
  • Estimating and self-perform experience
  • OSHA 30 Hour Training and LEED project experience
