  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient usage and effective project management
  • Closely monitor and review the work of others to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Coordinate assigned work with other departments and contractors as required by the contract

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a lead estimator in commercial construction
  • Proven track record of working with general contractors and managing large-scale building projects
  • Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members
  • Proficiency with estimating software and tools
