Waterfield Staffing Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Selling Branch Manager for our Charlotte, NC office who cannot only drive the sales process but manage the operations for the branch as well. This position offers a strong base salary and unlimited earning potential with bonuses.

This is an in-office role, with travel to client sites where you’ll be working with team members, employees and clients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Selling Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of the branch.
  • Use the interactive sales strategy to overcome client objections and maximize sales activity.
  • Evaluate and determine client needs and create a plan of action to offer staffing solutions.
  • Report all financial and operations information to company management as directed.
  • Sell, hire, train and coach internal staff and assist with recruiting, as needed.

Leadership

  • Plan, organize and direct sales and operational activities and strategic objectives for assigned branch.
  • Maintain operational and financial performance, to ensure profit margins and revenue goals are achieved.
  • Lead by example. Demonstrate positive employee relations. Maintain open channels of communication and convert potential conflict to constructive ends.

Management Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified internal candidates.
  • Effectively interview and onboard new hires following established company guidelines.
  • Ensure standards for activity, sales, service and performance are achieved.
  • Comply with and ensure all risk management and safety guidelines are adhered to.

Selling Responsibilities

  • Build, qualify, manage and maintain a database of clients and prospects that is aligned to the business opportunity in the market.
  • Define the attributes and competencies that differentiate Waterfield Staffing Management, LLC from our competitors.
  • Achieve sales goals by demonstrating mastery of all essential selling techniques: prospecting and territory management, pre-call planning, cold calling, qualifying, proposals, presentations, gaining commitment.
  • Follow-up with client before and after commitment to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a consistent history of staffing industry experience, most recently in a leadership role with selling.
  • Experience overseeing light industrial and manufacturing accounts.
  • Track record of building and managing operations teams, managing costs, improving margins, and increasing revenue.
  • Strong sales presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Work well within a quota driven environment.
  • Experience in the Staffing Industry a must.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years related experience in staffing industry and sales
  • Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on client needs
