IN THIS KEY ROLE YOU WILL:

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor multiple teams of construction professionals.
  • Conduct on-site visits to maintain an up-to-date understanding of project status and forecasts.
  • Define roles and responsibilities for construction teams on specific projects.
  • Cultivate relationships with subcontractors and industry partners.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to enhance team skills, knowledge, and abilities.
  • Establish clear and precise goals and objectives for project teams.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Evaluate financial projections and project schedules.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 10 years in construction management with a proven track record on large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
  • Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with high-profile projects and leading cross-functional teams is essential.
  • Current or previous employment with a general contractor.
