We are looking to hire a Business Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Finance:
    • Develop and manage the company's financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Oversee financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
    • Manage banking relationships, investments, and financial transactions.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and strategies.
  • Marketing
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
    • Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
    • Manage advertising campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and promotional activities
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales and marketing initiatives
    • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Administration
    • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
    • Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes.
    • Oversee facilities management, including office space, equipment, and supplies
    • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Client Services
    • Lead the client services team to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
    • Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience.
    • Coordinate with other departments to address client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, with a track record of success in finance, marketing, administration, and client services.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, marketing techniques, and administrative processes.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as accounting software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving organizational objectives.
