Your Responsibilities:
- Scheduling
- Answering all incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls appropriately.
- Posting Jobs
- Managing marketing on social media platforms.
- Managing the paperwork process
- Data Entry
- Assist with payroll.
- Monitor office supplies/orders.
- Clerical Duties: Filing, Scanning, Emailing, Faxing, Manage Electronic Filing systems etc.
Requirements:
- Problem-Solving: Address practical challenges and diverse personalities with poise.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and be able to prioritize accordingly.
- Must exhibit patience with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Must have an ability to be proactive as well as creative and be able to think on the fly.
- Phone System Proficiency: Experience with multi-line and/or VOIP phone systems.
- Customer Service: Exhibit strong customer service skills, greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Initiative: Display a proactive approach and eagerness to learn new tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Effective Communication: Communicate professionally with colleagues, vendors, and customers (written & verbal).
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with CRM’s & Social Media platforms is preferred.
- Administrative Tasks: Review paperwork for accuracy before filing, scan and organize electronic files, manage physical folders.
