Job Title: Brand Representative
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary:
Do you have sales or customer service experience and want to embark in a fun, fulfilling career in the cannabis industry? White Label Extracts is hiring for a Brand Representative. The Brand Representative will be responsible for taking direction from the Regional Sales Managers to perform duties that will support the sales department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing accounts and relationships through scheduled product deliveries and spot checks.
- Maintain merchandise inventory as well as fulfillment and shipping of merchandise.
- Adopt and demonstrate established sales strategies and contribute to improve those strategies
- Maintain an open and flexible schedule Tuesday - Saturday to support the sales department in various tasks.
- Attend and participate in departmental sales meetings and training opportunities on Mondays.
- Participate in Budtender training opportunities, dispensary demo opportunities, and industry/community event opportunities
- Always represent the brand in an appropriate and professional manner while maintaining company values and culture.
- Some overnight travel may be required
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills, Education/Permits and Experience:
- Must possess OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit
- Must possess a driver's license and be in good standing
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be comfortable spending a lot of time driving
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and driving record check
- Written and oral communication proficiency.
- Shows and demonstrates initiative.
- Demonstrates problem solving and analysis.
- Customer oriented mindset.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
- Flexible in responding to the needs of the sales department.
Additional Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of cannabis industry and products
- Previous sales experience and/or customer service experience
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to drive for long periods of time.
- Close visual focus required.
- May be required to stand for long periods.
- This position occasionally requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.
- Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs.
