Role Overview:

As a Seasonal Product Merchandiser, you will serve as the representative of our company to local clients. Your primary focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction and showcasing our extensive product range. This involves maintaining beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of sale in accordance with Swire Coca-Cola's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock displays, sections, racks, coolers, and shelves, ensuring that labels are facing outward for easy access.
  • Construct displays and promotional setups in assigned locations by following instructions and schedules provided by supervisors and store management.
  • Implement a first-in, first-out stocking system by rotating products and organizing shelves during each visit.
  • Organize and manage backroom inventory, ensuring safe and accessible storage within the designated loading dock area.
  • Set aside any unsellable products for return and credit to customer accounts.
  • Utilize powered and manual equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and aisles to ensure a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Driving record must comply with company vehicle policy.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Ability to perform essential duties with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
