Key Responsibilities

1. Design and execute a customized campus marketing plan aimed at engaging students and the broader campus community while promoting trial and understanding of Bigfoot brands.

2. Cultivate relationships with brand representatives, campus personnel, consumers, and student leaders.

3. Interact with consumers to boost brand recognition and identify trends within the campus environment.

4. Collaborate with the Marketing Support Team to create memorable and engaging experiences through social media platforms.

5. Work alongside the Marketing Support Team to procure any promotional materials necessary for sampling initiatives.

6. Share insights and suggestions for future brand awareness strategies with the Marketing Support Team and People Operations Manager.

7. Oversee product inventory and company assets associated with each event.

8. Assist the Key Account Manager (KAM) team as needed for account-driven sampling opportunities.

9. Adhere to company safety protocols and practices throughout all work phases. Report any hazardous conditions, safety issues, injuries, incidents, or property damage to your supervisor.

10. Maintain regular and dependable attendance.

Educational Requirements

Position Details

This is a part-time, non-exempt position. Work hours will vary based on sampling and campus events, with a minimum expectation of 10 hours per month, plus additional hours as required by business needs.

Additional Qualifications

All employees must meet company standards for driving a company vehicle and insurability, as well as pass a pre-employment drug screening, physical examination, and background check.
