Relocation assistance available. This is an office-based position located in the metro Milwaukee area.
Essential Functions:
- Leads kick-off and project requirement meetings.
- Performs electrical design, programming, and checkout of automated test, assembly, and manufacturing systems.
- Leads the start up, commissioning and training for the project – which may include travel to the customer location.
- Supports on-site field service and emergency calls.
- Gives technical guidance to less experienced engineers or technicians assigned to work on a common project.
- 2 years education in automation related coursework and 4 years of work-related experience OR 4 year degree in electrical or related field of engineering and 2 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in Outlook/Microsoft Office products.
- Hold valid driver’s license with ability to drive to client sites.
Preferred Experiences:
- Significant Rockwell PLC and HMI experience with manufacturing systems
