What You'll Do:

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team, focusing on providing strategic guidance and support to our clients in the County Tax market. You will use deep subject matter expertise in the County government space, particularly in the property tax collection function, to gain efficiency in acquiring, implementing and ensuring customer success for this group of clients. This role will work across teams to pull in resources for integration design, implementation, and for critical issues that arise in key clients. You must be able to build good working relationships with management and team members across all teams. The Solutions Consultant will be a catalyst to drive successful, efficient onboarding across the County Tax vertical, creating satisfied clients who are referenceable.

Role Expectations:

As an InvoiceCloud Solutions Consultant, you will be focused on three key areas, advocacy, deployment and growth. Building relationships with your clients and with internal management and teams is the key to achieving success across these three focus areas. A qualified solutions consultant will excel in:

  • Building "trusted" advisor and strategic partner relationships with our County Tax clients, ensuring they are satisfied and referenceable.
  • Be the advocate for County Tax clients across the organization.
  • Learn and be well versed in all of Invoice Cloud's suite of products and services and understand how these can and should be used within this group of clients to ensure they are getting the best experience possible with our current platform and are meeting their objectives utilizing Invoice Cloud's full suite of services.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including those executed by Implementation Managers, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Training and Client Services, and Customer Success.
  • Work cross functionally with internal resources to solve implementation challenges and critical client issues.
  • Use their deep subject matter expertise within the County Tax vertical to become the trusted authority on all property tax collections within all target states.
  • Serve as a catalyst and driver for ongoing success with existing County Tax customers through customer success and key annual customer activities, including bill generation and loading, conveyance, delinquency, reconciliation, rolling to new tax years, etc.
  • Identifying differentiators from competitors that would improve retention and growth within the government vertical.
  • Have a good working knowledge of how the technology for County Tax billers works. This will shorten the time required to understand the issues, describe them and formulate resolutions with input from the supporting Invoice Cloud departments.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and relevant legislative changes in the government sector across key states by participating in key conferences and client meetings. Leverage industry knowledge to provide insights and recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Subject matter expertise in County Tax collections across multiple states
  • Worked in a project management or software deployment environment, SaaS experience a plus
  • Experience using standard MS Office tools
  • Extensive experience in managing relationships, demonstrating a track record of enhancing retention and fostering growth, all while ensuring client satisfaction, whether in face-to-face interactions or virtual meetings.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required
  • Background in delivering software projects for external customers in the County Tax space
  • Leadership skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Can work effectively from home, and is willing to travel periodically

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Project management courses or training, or equivalent work experience
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Product management certification is a plus

Base Compensation Range: $75,00 to $100,000 annually. Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
