Seeking Logistics Management Specialist - Standard candidates with relevant Defense, And Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense, And Security Sector Clients such as DEA.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Professional, Technical and Administrative Support Services (PTASS) (Logistics Management Specialist - Standard) in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) | Department of Justice Located In  and across the CONUS Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Logistics Management Specialist - Standard | Comprehensive Operational Support [DEA0036041]

Plans, develops and executes logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of product. Develops and implements logistics program activities including ILS, technical documentation, RAM, provisioning, etc.; coordinates efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel; resolves logistics problems; and compiles data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities.

Desired Qualifications For Logistics Management Specialist - Standard | Comprehensive Operational Support [DEA0036041] (DEA0036041) Candidates:

Experience providing logistic support for major systems.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

B.A. or B.S. degree. Five to eight years logistics experience. Or a certified Professional Logistician (CPL) certificate with four (4) years additional related experience.

Skills Required

Experience in logistics program development, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage logistics activities throughout a product's lifecycle.

Competencies Required

Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program).  Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
