We are rapidly growing our North American Logistics team and looking for candidates with great attitudes and high aptitudes to join a team of dedicated individuals and grow into the company leaders of the future.


The Mission:

As a Logistics Brokerage Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations.

Your core responsibilities will include:


  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with carriers.
  • Ensuring seamless communication with carriers and customers for a top-notch experience.
  • Keeping all parties informed of changes, delays, or concerns.
  • Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments with a keen eye on all influencing factors.
  • Upholding our company’s integrity by following established procedures and protocols.
  • Maintaining and updating information in our operating systems with precision.
  • Tracking back-end billing and invoicing to ensure carrier charges are accurate.


To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional environment – Logistics, sales, customer service, or similar fields.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work well with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
  • A strong sense of urgency, responsiveness, and a willingness learn and excel.
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in transportation
  • Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems.
