As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional leadership to define and implement a compelling product, data driven vision, including dashboards, direct data access and KPI driven product suite.

The ideal candidate will possess unparalleled expertise in data analysis, exceptional proficiency in SQL, and a proven track record of leveraging data to drive product success. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between customers and internal stakeholders, requiring influence, initiative, creativity, and resolve to ensure that initiatives are well-defined, accurate, and aligned with both company and customer needs.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Identify the impact of products on people, processes, and technology across functional business units.
  • Utilize advanced industry-standard techniques to evaluate consumer needs and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to define analytics driven product ideas based on industry trends, best practices, and company goals.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal teams and stakeholders, emphasizing data-backed decisions.
  • Solve data product production incidents rapidly and effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement through analytics.
  • Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction through meticulous data analysis.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth research and data analysis to support roadmap development.
  • Collaborate with Program Management to plan and realize end-to-end milestones, including technical delivery, launch readiness, pilots, and beta testing programs, using data to guide decisions.
  • Demonstrate product enhancements and capabilities to internal teams and customers, showcasing analytical insights.
  • Create standard product design artifacts, including product briefs and solution designs, with a strong foundation in data analysis.
  • Develop epics, stories, and business requirements that translate business needs into functional definitions and acceptance criteria for Engineering to implement, heavily relying on data insights.
  • Continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to iterate on product features and enhancements, driven by data analytics.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Several years in a dynamic product or equivalent role with a strong emphasis on data and analytics.
  • Product Development Lifecycle: Proven experience in the product development lifecycle, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Highly effective coordination between cross-functional teams, leveraging data insights.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and verbal communication skills, particularly in conveying data-driven insights.
  • Agile Experience: Experience working in an Agile SDLC, writing epics, features, and stories with a strong data component.
  • Analytics and SQL: Exceptional proficiency with analytics platforms such as Snowflake and advanced database manipulation using SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with payments, vending, micro-markets, digital wallets, unattended retail, or warehouse logistics, with a strong emphasis on data analytics and insights.
