RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Atlanta, GA.Overview:This Team is responsible for the Store Product Experience, specially 'Order Up'. The 'Order Up' app is utilized by internal customers (Store Associates) and is responsible for over $53 billion in revenue This application arms the store associates with a tool to better understand assortments, inventory, availability, pricing as well as supports the store associate's ability to solve post-sale issues. The Team is looking to expand the functionality/ add features to the 'Order Up' app to better equipment the store associates with tools to increase their ability to up-sell as well as increasing their ability to solve post-sale issues, specifically within the Pro Customer segment. The functionally of the 'Order Up' app is looking to expand in the arears of recommendations (enhancing search functionality to suggest similar or additional items), fulfillment failures (addressing special order products and ensuring visibility in the process) and large order request (ability to manage large order request).The hiring manager is looking for a Senior Product Manager who is an expert within the product processes but who can also think through the customers friction points strategically and understand the 'Why-, -What-, and -How- at an intimate level. Additionally, the hiring manager is looking for someone who has a proven track record managing multiple stakeholders and has the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization understanding their audience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience working with the retail/store operations/supply chain
  • Experience supporting internal customers
  • Expert Product Management Knowledge
  • Strong stakeholder management; Ability to push back on request
  • Proficient in managing dependencies with various partners
  • Expert in understanding and solving complex product and process issues
  • Skilled in dealing with conflict, fluid in managing stakeholders, confident in testing and setting up test cases
  • Possesses strong project management skills
  • Understands the difference between product management (strategic) and product ownership (execution)
  • Strategically thinker
  • Ability to think strategically to tackle friction points within the customer journey
  • Ability to understand the problem before executing tasks, not just following orders
  • Emphasizes the importance of asking "So what?" and "What if I don't?"

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
