What You'll Do

Fill a role blending technical delivery management, digital product ownership, and account leadership.
Lead a team comprised of a couple of small pods/projects with 20+ employees, client personnel, and contractors including software engineers, technical business analysts, quality assurance testers, and production support analysts.
Manage project scope, risks & issues, stakeholders & communications, resources, finances, schedule, and quality.
Work directly with client project sponsor and other senior stakeholders.
Advise the client on best practices for digital product ownership and delivering software solutions in an agile manner.
Enable and improve the team's operating model, ways of working, information sharing, and collaboration.
Balance run activities related to production support with build activities related to quarterly business objectives.
Own and facilitate client meetings and sprint ceremonies.
Provide scrum teams (pods) with delivery guidance.
Accountable for project administration and various recurring reports.

What You'll Bring

8+ years of digital product management experience.
10+ years of technology, management consulting, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
Leads and drives sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, user story creation, epic/feature design, PI planning activities, engineer assignments and deadlines tracking & reports.
Assists client's product owners with process improvements and standardization to help mature client's overall digital product maturity.
Strong project management experience
Strong stakeholder management experience working with senior management and vendors.
Experience advising clients on best practices.
Ability to guide a team and keep positive morale.
Experience managing or designing production support teams.
Process improvement mindset.
Passion for learning and solving business problems with technology.
Experience with JIRA and ADO is a plus.
Experience leading projects where digital technology is impacting a physical environment (e.g. restaurant, store, doctor office, etc.) is a plus.
