We are seeking a skilled and motivated Enterprise Systems Developer with a strong focus on SQL development, PowerBI development, and technical financial systems support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level systems that support our business operations, particularly in the areas of data management and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases and related applications.
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards to support business intelligence needs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide technical support for accounting systems and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, performance, and integration.
  • Develop and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve systems and processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SQL development and database management.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, including T-SQL and stored procedures.
  • Experience with PowerBI development, including report creation and data modeling.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. (Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint preferred)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization techniques.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
