People who enjoy working in an independent environment with little oversight will flourish.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively manage sales generation by utilizing company marketing materials, model homes, local resources and realtor relationships.
  • Give tours of the model home to prospects and realtors. Show the community, home sites, and any available models.
  • Market community by participating in local events or local sales organizations.
  • Market your community and grow realtor relations through marketing, office visits, phone and email.
  • Serves as trusted advisor/primary point of contact for home buyer from initial meeting through home closing. Scope may vary during phases of sales process.
  • Generates excitement by effectively identifying needs of potential home buyers and matching related solutions.
  • Builds confidence with potential home buyer by selling features/benefits of our homes along with various financing possibilities.
  • Ability to work 3 out of 4 weekends per month and evenings.


SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

  • Competitive spirit and a drive for success is required in this role.
  • Must have excellent communication skills - in-person, over the phone and written.
  • Ability to work Saturday's and Sunday's with an average of 40-45 hours per week (5 day work week).
  • Energetic, self-motivated and customer-driven sales professional who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Professional appearance, friendly, enthusiastic and approachable demeanor along with the ability to make connections with potential customers and make them feel comfortable.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven success in a sales position is required.
  • A real estate broker's license is not necessary.
  • Experience in a commission-based sales role is preferred.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Willing to undergo background, drug screening, and credit check.
