Accertify is growing, and we are hiring for the role of Product Manager to join our industry-leading fraud prevention platform. 

How will you make an impact in this role?

As a Product Manager at Accertify, you will research, develop, coordinate, and implement product strategy while ensuring all internal teams (marketing, sales, onboarding, support, and account management) are instructed on new product offerings and go-to-market strategies.   This is an opportunity to join a Product Management team that interfaces regularly with clients and prospects. Successful individuals in this role will be comfortable discussing our clients' challenges, listening carefully, and learning about their needs while demonstrating how our solution(s) can help tackle these problems.

Candidates must possess both business and technical acumen to strategize and bring new products to market. You will work extensively with customers and cross-functional teams to prioritize features and develop the products that make our customers successful. We seek individuals with an intense curiosity who like to understand how to help our customers achieve their goals deeply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing multiple projects aligned with our product strategy/roadmap
  • Partnering with engineering and design teams to define user stories, guide product definition, and conduct user testing
  • Developing and documenting technical requirements and specifications
  • Presenting/training clients on new products
  • Align product roadmap with company goals and participate in prioritization efforts to maximize product impact
  • Working with our Decision Sciences team to identify new patterns to help strengthen our machine learning models
  • Coordinating across teams to launch products and features, guiding both internal teams and customers through product launch
  • Conducting research and competitive intelligence to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Coordinating with marketing, sales, and partnership teams to develop sound distribution strategies
  • Researching areas for new potential revenue streams
  • Prioritizing backlog of requests and suggestions
  • Ensuring proper internal and external product documentation
  • Tracking key product metrics and creating internal measurement dashboards
  • Participating on the Accertify Product Steering Committee
  • Leading other related projects, as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Three years of product management experience in B2B software development e.g., SaaS solutions
  • Experience in bringing a B2B solution/product to market
  • Fraud/risk/eCommerce payments experience is desired
  • Well-versed in writing Business Requirement Documentation using applications like JIRA/Confluence and collaborating with development/engineers.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Track record of interacting with clients and prospects
  • Solid entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity and rapid change
  • Proven ability to build collaborative, trusting cross-functional relationships
  • Self-starter, comfortable leading change and getting things done
  • Travel less than 10%
