Job Description:Manage the production order release process using the organization's electronic system, ensuring the timely request of materials necessary for the manufacturing process.
Pay: $21 to $24 per hour depending on experience. Monday -Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Release Process Orders: Utilize the system (SAP) to release process orders according to the production schedule, ensuring adherence to the planned timeline.
2. Control Inventory Transactions: Maintain accurate inventory records in the system (SAP) to ensure precise inventory management.
3. Prepare Finished Product Labels: Create labels for finished products as per the Production, Packaging, and Export Programs to ensure proper identification and traceability.
4. Generate Log-sheets: Produce log-sheets (production orders) required for the manufacturing of products.
5. Close Production Orders: Finalize production orders in the system (SAP) to ensure they are ready for distribution.

Job Profile:
- **Education:** Systems technician or related field.
- **Language:** English proficiency.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the chemical and/or blending industry.

Required Knowledge
- Proficiency in systems administration, specifically SAP.
