Job Summary 

 

This Enterprise Sales Representative will be responsible for building out all new market cybersecurity sales in the Enterprise and SMB space, with a local focus on Florida. This Outside Sales position will be responsible for developing new market leads, sales, and relationships with customers and clients. The first and most important duty is identifying new prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The Outside Sales Representatives must also join marketing strategies for target market feedback. 

 

The person who applies must be a hard-charging "failure is not an option" type. Must be a self-motivated self-starter who gets up every morning hungry and goal-driven. Must agree to deliver on all sales targets with expected daily, weekly, and monthly results.

The position has a base salary based on quota targets with a limitless commission structure: " The more you sell, the more you make." We believe this individual contributor can play a fundamental role in helping viLogics grow in this great state of Florida and meet our aggressive sales goals for 2024 and beyond.  Must be comfortable working long hours, making cold calls, attending after-hours events, traveling, driving, and flying to business meetings and tradeshows, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and, most importantly, closing deals

 

High-Level list of duties and responsibilities include:

 

  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers
  • Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
  • Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
  • Generate and submit sales reports to Management
  • Must have experience with using CRM software (Ex. Hubspot, Autotask, Quoter, SalesForce)
  • Must have experience with email campaign software to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Must have a strong phone presence and experience with mass calling per day. 
  • Must be proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools 
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have strong listening and presentation skills 
  • Must be able to accomplish tasks working in a team environment
  • Must be willing to respond to change in a dynamic environment with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives
  • Must demonstrate the ability to identify and meet internal/external customer needs
  • Must be able to maintain security and confidentiality over sensitive customer or business information 
  • Responsible for generating revenue for the company by creating and delivering product demonstrations, gathering customer technical requirements, planning customer evaluation tests, and managing the evaluation process.
  • Acquire and show an understanding of viLogics services—and effectively communicate the company's capabilities and benefits to potential customers in order to successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
  • Utilize Hubspot to report and manage sales funnels accurately.
  • You will be the customer's primary point of contact for feedback and issue resolution and their advocate for issues requiring HQ Support assistance. You will inform Management of customer requests for new services. This role covers SMB (2k employees and down) accounts.
  • Provide technical product presentations via web conferencing
  • Effectively interact with internal engineering teams to scope out and provide solutions to complex technical issues for highly visible account opportunities

  • This role demands strong independence, initiative, and the ability to manage a diverse workload under tight deadlines. Candidates are expected to demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with a capacity to provide regular updates and maintain effective communication.
  • Quick learning and implementing Sales Strategies in a fast-paced tech environment is highly preferred.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/ Data or any other IT-related technical field with at least 5-year Tech Sales experience, preferably with MDR/ Firewalls/SaSE/ Cyber Security or other similar related domains.
  • Self-starter with high motivation, a competitive disposition, and an uncanny ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Team player with a desire and aptitude to operate in a fast-paced and, goal-oriented, high-growth sales atmosphere.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, as well as superior listening abilities.
  • Demonstrate a technological ability.
