This opportunity involves residential remodeling salesman. We are looking for an expert with extensive experience in residential remodeling, both exterior and interior knowledge is preferred.
· Projects include: Design/Build projects, kitchen and bathroom renovations, whole home renovations, additions, partial remodeling of bathrooms and kitchens, exterior and interior replacements and remodels including, but not limited to, window and door replacement (interior and exterior), basement finish, trim and millwork packages, exterior refreshes. 2% commercial and or new build projects.
- Generate and qualify leads by responding to all sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person. Follow up with an initial email to provide contact info and solidify the initial meeting date.
- Conduct initial meetings with Clients in their home
- Collect information about goals and scope of work from the Client.
- Review existing conditions for opportunities and obstacles to the scope of work being considered.
- Create excitement with the Client for working with The Cleary Company.
- Assist in the gathering of new job information. Working with the Development team to determine client’s needs/wants and possibilities/limitations.
- Write the scope of work and contracts for the team to review
- Please note that we use the Sandler Sales system and have training for this role with a Sandler Trainer.

Requirements:- At least 5 years in the residential remodeling industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they need to build rapport with potential customers and persuade them to buy their products or services.
- Broad knowledge of the remodeling industry, including the latest trends, materials, techniques, and costs. They should be able to provide accurate estimates and proposals, and answer any questions or concerns that customers may have.
- Strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism. They should be able to work independently and manage their own time and schedule. They should also be able to handle rejection and deal with difficult customers.
- Basic computer skills, such as using email, word processing, and spreadsheet software. They should also be familiar with using online platforms and tools, such as social media, websites, and CRM systems, to generate leads and follow up with customers.
