What You’ll Do
50% – Daily Responsibilities
- Review Zoning Information
- Manage entitlements
- Site due diligence (legal, environmental, geotechnical, Market analysis
40% – Weekly Tasks
- Analyze Labor and logistics
- Create preliminary site layout
- Autho preliminary proforma
10% – Everything Else
- Review existing and potential incentives & tax implications
- Securing debt and equity partners

What Experience/Skills You’ll Need
- At least 2 years in a similar role in construction, real estate, or civil engineering
- Bachelor’s degree
