As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our franchise owners to provide coaching and support, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, uncapped commission, and bonus, with projected first-year earnings between $56,000 and $70,000. You will also enjoy a company-issued car, fuel card, insurance, and maintenance coverage, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a matching 401k, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Provide coaching and support to franchise owners to ensure their success
  • Coordinate the start-up of new accounts and develop a deep understanding of our services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales
  • Stable work history
  • Exceptional relationship management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
