We're on the lookout for an experienced and forward-thinking Sr. Product Manager to lead our Gaming POD If you have a strong background in mobile gaming, a technical mindset, and a drive to build products from the ground up, this is the role for you.

As the Senior Product Manager for the Gaming POD, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mobile application . You will be responsible for managing the features sets for gaming, gaming partners and gamifications.and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and user experience. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and various stakeholders, to deliver innovative and engaging gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Gaming POD, overseeing the development and execution of our mobile gaming products.
  • Write detailed product specifications and work closely with the design team to translate ideas into compelling user experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with gaming partners, ensuring alignment with our product vision and goals.
  • Drive the product development process from concept to launch, including writing and maintaining the Game Design Document (GDD).
  • Implement and oversee the gamification of multiple modules throughout the app, enhancing user engagement and retention.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our gaming products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile gaming.
  • Ensure technical feasibility by understanding APIs, webhooks, postbacks, and other technical aspects, even though coding is not required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters within the Gaming POD, communicating progress and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management within the mobile gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of designing and launching successful mobile games from 0 to 1.
  • Experience writing Game Design Documents (GDD) and managing the entire game development lifecycle, including monetization.
  • Strong understanding of mobile gaming mechanics, user engagement strategies, and monetization models.
  • Technical knowledge of APIs, webhooks, postbacks, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming community and market trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. An advanced degree is a plus.
