Production Oversight Manager

Position Overview

We are looking to fill two positions for Production Oversight Managers, one for the evening shift and another for the night shift. The selected individuals will be responsible for managing the daily activities of their designated shifts within the Production Department. Key duties include maintaining a secure work environment, supervising production timelines, assessing production standards, assigning staffing responsibilities, conducting training sessions, handling payroll, applying 6S/Lean methodologies, and leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality and safety events.

Work Environment

This position requires full on-site attendance.
Shift Details

Evening shift: 2 PM-10 PM, Monday-Friday; Night shift: 10 PM-6 AM, with weekend work on alternating weeks and a consistent schedule that allows for yearly planning. Weekday off will be provided when a weekend shift is necessary. The work environment may be hot, dusty, and involve both indoor and outdoor conditions with exposure to varying temperatures.
