Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the principal program manager and primary liaison with clients.
  • Direct a team in delivering technical assistance, cybersecurity measures, and system administration for governmental IT infrastructures.
  • Strategically plan and manage extensive projects while ensuring daily operations remain unaffected.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements in client support services.
  • Oversee team performance and generate performance evaluation reports.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be a US Citizen with a DoD Secret clearance.
  • Proven experience in managing programs with a team of 30 or more technical professionals.
  • Demonstrated management experience within the IT sector.
  • Familiarity with desktop hardware, operating systems, networking, servers, and related technologies.
