Who You Are:
The Beacon Resident Services Specialist (RSS) is a part of CCO's resident services team and will be responsible for greeting residents and building visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff.
What You Will Work On:
- Greet residents and building visitors and direct as needed to the appropriate areas.
- Foster and promote positive relationships with residents; act as an approachable and engaging on-site presence.
- Answer resident inquiries and provide information and updates to staff.
- Handle and deliver mail to staff and residents as needed.
- Assist residents in completing forms such as maintenance requests and resident reports.
- Maintain a log of events such as resident interactions, deliveries and other relevant events that occur in the community.
- Assist new residents with move in and orientation with the community.
What You Bring:
Education, Certifications, and Licensure Requirements/Preferences
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience Requirements/Preferences
- Two years' work or volunteer experience preferred.
- Certification (or ability to certify within 30 days of hire) and ability to maintain certification in CPR, 1st Aid, AED, Bloodborne Pathogens and Narcan Training.
- Lived experience or experience working with low-income families and individuals.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
