Job Description

The Resident Services Assistant provides support, assistance, and care to participants in a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) setting. This role reports to the Operations Supervisor and works under the instruction of the site Resident Services Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional, physical, and social support to participants
  • Assist with daily living activities and care tasks
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure participant needs are met
  • Participate in training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Currently certified in First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • 1 year of recent experience as a caregiver with a frail or elderly population (preferred)
