As a Software Architect, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define architectural strategies, lead the design and development of complex systems, and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architectural design and development of innovative software solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.
  • Define and document architectural patterns, standards, and best practices to guide development teams in building high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural designs and technical specifications.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the implementation of architectural solutions.
  • Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of software systems.
  • Mentor and coach development teams on software design principles, architectural patterns, and emerging technologies.
  • Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in software architecture and design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role, with a track record of successfully architecting and delivering complex software systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of software design principles, architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture), and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies, with a strong foundation in object-oriented design and development.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems, make sound architectural decisions, and provide technical leadership and guidance.
