SUMMARY
Sells vehicles within the guidelines of Byrider and is accountable for correctly implementing the Byrider program with every customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES in Key Result Areas include the following. Other duties as assigned.
Customer Service
Understands how the Byrider and Car Now Acceptance Company (CNAC) Finance operations work and is able to explain it to customers in everyday terms.
Focuses on the customer by asking questions, listening, determining their needs.
Treats each customer with courtesy and respect.
Operations
Sets and achieves a daily and monthly number of sales prospects, phone calls and number of appointments.
Uses Byrider sales tools to explain the program.
Serves customers by selling them a dependable vehicle that confirms to their expressed needs and Budget.
Observes all CNAC guidelines on every deal.
Understands how to market the features and benefits of each vehicle.
Uses Byrider sales procedures to obtain maximum down payment.
Drives inventory daily. Advises management of any mechanical or cosmetic problems noticed.
Administration
Knows and uses CNAC document procedures.
Knows and uses computer procedures (applications, tracking).
QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience
One year direct sales or customer service experience, typing or computer skills, valid driver's license with good driving record.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
