Responsibilities

This is a full-time hybrid role (inside & outside) for a Sales Representative at Precision Fabrication Services. The Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, and participating in sales training and meetings. The location for this role is Fort Worth, TX. Salary commensurate on experience. 


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proven experience in sales is a plus
  • Ability to learn and effectively communicate technical information
  • Ability to read drawings and understand manufacturing requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and ERP software
