Our client, Colorado's largest privately owned Home Health company, is hiring an Intake Coordinator to assist their enrollment department This is a contract to hire position that offers stability and the opportunity to become an integral part of helping to shape the company's internal processes


Address: Glendale, CO 80246 (100% ONSITE)

Pay Rate: $18 - $22/hour

Hours: M - F, 8:30AM - 5PM


A Day in the Life:

  • Take all intake calls from referral sources
  • Gathering information, completing paperwork and putting packets together
  • Checking eligibility; ensure payer source is appropriate
  • Confirming staffing availability
  • Knowledgeable of staff case loads, and it if it is a viable referral
  • Will not be making the final decision, that will be up to the Director of Nursing
  • Gathering source of all information


Requirements:

  • Medical experience
  • Home Health Care experience strongly preferred
  • Insurance verification
  • Primarily work Medicare and Medicaid- knowledge there is strongly preferred
  • Heavy admin and phone experience
  • Calendar management/ staff scheduling
