About the Role:

As the SEO Lead & Content Writer, you'll play a critical role in driving our digital marketing strategy. This position involves both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, focusing on improving search engine visibility and creating impactful content that resonates with our audience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals, focusing on increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
- Identify and target high-impact keywords through thorough keyword research, ensuring they are effectively integrated into all relevant content.
- Content Development & Optimization:
- Write and oversee the production of SEO-optimized content, including blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions, to engage users and drive conversions.
- Ensure all content is aligned with SEO best practices and continuously update it to reflect changing trends and algorithms.
- Technical SEO Management:
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that could impact search performance.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement technical enhancements, such as improving site speed, mobile optimization, and schema markup.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key SEO and content metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, using tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs.
- Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to senior management, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content and SEO strategies are fully integrated with broader marketing initiatives.
- Lead by example, offering guidance and support to team members while maintaining a hands-on approach to key tasks.
- Continuous Learning & Adaptation:
- Stay informed on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and content marketing practices.
- Experiment with new strategies and tools to keep our SEO efforts innovative and effective.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Native English speaker or an individual with near-native proficiency who possesses exceptional writing skills.
- Has at least 3 years experience in SEO management and content writing, with a successful track record of driving organic growth.
- Strong content writing and optimization skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in SEO analytics and reporting.
- Deep understanding of SEO tools, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
- Technical SEO expertise, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills.
