The Finance Coordinator is the financial liaison between Speaker Bureau and/or Account Teams with providing reconciliations of credit cards, travel, and project accounts as well as managing vendor invoices, vendor payments and providing financial information to the organization.

  • Process Speaker Expense Reimbursements & Honoraria payments to HCPs
  • Reconcile monthly vendor invoices and travel accounts
  • Coordinate with Meeting Planners to ensure accurate reconciliation of venue receipts
  • Review meeting budgets to ensure meetings are compliant with client guidelines
  • Assist with reconciliation of monthly credit card statements
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Attend bi-weekly Finance Regroup Team Meetings
  • Meet client expectations while remaining compliant to external/internal guidelines
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Perform other duties and assignments as directed


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must
  • Knowledge of NetSuite preferred
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Accounts Payable experience a plus
