Direct to Consumer, Go To Market Brand Manager


Who we’re looking for:

You are an experienced brand manager with a special passion for new consumer product launches and “go to market” strategy in the direct to consumer marketing channel.  You have strong skills in market research, competitive analysis, product positioning and pricing and will play an integral role in getting new product launches “green-lit” by the senior management team.  Once a project is “green-lit” this role will also incubate new product launches and be  responsible for overseeing the creation of brand assets working with our creative team including photography, video, websites, landing pages, etc. The ideal candidate will also develop and execute integrated brand campaigns and product marketing strategies to support our emerging products. This role demands strong collaborative skills and a consumer-centric approach to drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market research, competitive analysis, product positioning and pricing
  • Product pitches and brand presentations to the executive team
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches
  • Collaborate with the creative team to craft product positioning, messaging and brand assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product launches.
  • Execute brand presale initiatives
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of brand marketing efforts.
  • Write compelling brand and creative briefs.
  • Exhibit strategic thinking and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Translate data into actionable marketing insights.
  • Communicate and present ideas effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Foster and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships.

Minimum Requirement and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Extensive experience leading go-to-market strategy.
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • Proven track record in launching new product campaigns through storytelling and activation.
  • Exceptional skills in writing brand and creative briefs.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in translating qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
