The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing plans for the BELLAMI clip-in hair extensions launches, and product activations.


In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing & driving new products and strategic marketing initiatives to launch and support the BELLAMI DIY clip-in Hair Extensions. You will work very closely with the cross-functional team: Product Development, Creative, Digital, Education, Sales, Operations and Finance. You will leverage consumer & customer insights to articulate the brand positioning through different channels: brand website, social media, influencers, digital advertising, email/SMS marketing, company-owned stores.


This role is a hybrid role, located in Chatsworth, California (Los Angeles area). This includes three days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and then your choice) onsite and with two days remote.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, create, and execute all marketing plans and activities to drive brand awareness and sales growth. Create impactful and innovative marketing programs, with a comprehensive 360 approach across digital and physical channels.
  • Partner with Product Development to identify product gaps and opportunities, and collaborate on product concepts and new developments.
  • Develop a digital content strategy and manage all branded assets (photoshoots, key campaigns, product imagery) to activate the brand across all digital channels, specifically the brand website, email marketing and social media.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership to lead the Go-To-Market launch plans for New Products and Key Campaigns.
  • Lead the management of all new product launches or re-support to existing product lines by using project management tools (Monday.com) to ensure the cross-functional team is delivering their input on time to secure launch dates.
  • Be agile and work with a sense of urgency when analyze brand performance to proactively develop actionable plans to drive further sales.
  • Generate sales-driving ideas and concepts to support key categories and best sellers
  • Ongoing research about marketing or industry trends, analyzing new consumer or customer behavior, and anticipating the next big idea effectively.
  • This role will be critical to enable the turn-around of the DIY Clip-Ins Hair Extensions business of BELLAMI. The brand manager will be reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset and the passion to thrive in a growing business environment:

  • 5-8 years of marketing experience in brand marketing across different functions
  • Experience in Beauty, Fashion, CPG
  • Outstanding product management skills with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Digitally savvy across all digital channels: website UI/UX and conversion, email marketing, social media, affiliates and influencer management.
  • Creative & high-energy individual with strong business ownership and proven track record of generating brand growth and new customer acquisition
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills to execute fast, learn, test and scale
  • Strong Data Analytics Skills required
  • Expectation to come to the office 3 days per week
