The Patient Care Coordinator Role

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of dental experience who will ensure outstanding customer service for our patients by supporting a friendly and efficient team, overseeing the flow of the practice, and providing problem-solving skills for all issues. Be the first and last impression for all patients. You will be wearing many hats, so a multi-tasker who works well under pressure is a must. We are looking for someone that is approachable and hard working. This is a part time role - 3 days per week, 6 hours per day.

Skills

  • Oversight of daily operations including scheduling, billing, and project management
  • Ensures schedule is booked and confirmed according to office protocol
  • Coordinating and overseeing marketing and referral effort
  • Manage accounts receivables to include patient and insurance
  • Analyze business and financial data to recognize and build on strengths, provide daily feedback to improve weak areas of performance and identify anomalies occurring in the practice
  • Helping with patient and team issues and concerns
  • Achieve financial performance and revenue growth goals while supporting our culture and mission
