  • Client Satisfaction: Prioritize client satisfaction, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operational Tasks: Perform general operational tasks, including scheduling, mailings, and filing paperwork, in accordance with our firm's policies and procedures.
  • Representation: Represent our law firm to facilities and the healthcare community, building positive relationships with management and staff.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all client and personnel information in accordance with our firm's policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, related social work, or human services.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in geriatrics or a related field, with prior experience in care management, hospital, or nursing home settings preferred.
  • Skills: Professional written, telephone, and interpersonal skills required.
